TITLE:
Construction Professional

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Performs construction in accordance with OSHA requirements, Academy Construction’s specifications / scopes of work, good workmanship, and state / county building codes.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Knowledge of Construction
• Ability / discipline / desire to show up on time
• Ability to complete projects by the time promised to the clients
• Ability to complete projects with quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently, autonomously and efficiently
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS and AVAILABILITY:

• General Construction Experience
• Competent using skill saw, grinder, sawzall, and drill.
• Ability to interact professionally and productively with others on-site and with company representatives.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to perform strenuous physical effort represented by frequent handling of heavy objects (approx. 75-100 lbs. minimum) with a full range of motion and no accommodations.
