I have been interested and involved in real estate and home improvement work my entire life.  I manage this LLC and it brings me great satisfaction to know that economical and quality services are being delivered to clients. In my spare time, I enjoy golfing.

I work with construction partners who are interested in working with Academy on joint projects and with real estate investors who are interested in Academy's services. In my spare time, I enjoy staying at Airbnbs, traveling to see new places.

<hr /> <p style="text-align: left;">I have been a carpenter for over 25 years, built houses from the ground up and handled almost every type of carpentry project you can come in contact with for residential construction.  I mentor, train, and manage a select crew of those who are interested in increasing their carpentry skills.  In my sparse spare time, I enjoy hanging with my partner in life or refereeing soccer.</p>

I am in charge of customer service and quality control at Academy and I ensure the complete satisfaction of our customers and do whatever it takes to resolve any questions or concerns they may have. In my spare time I enjoy photography and scrapbooking.

I assist in maintenance and construction project management.  I ensure that all checklists are being followed by the maintenance staff and ensure that all needed supplies are ordered and kept on hand. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my adorable niece and hanging out with family and friends.

When the short-term rental housecleaning staff encounter a maintenance issue that is more extensive than what they are equipped to handle immediately in the field, they contact me.  My mission is to *immediately* determine the resolution and *immediately* put the resolution plan into action whenever such a maintenance issue is found.  I am also responsible for quality control and ultimately am who is ensuring that deferred maintenance does not creep into any of the properties we manage.  I ensure that our high-quality standards are being met.

I handle certain types of construction projects and maintenance.  In my spare time I enjoy riding my motorcycle and indoor rock climbing.
