This cozy, creek-side mountain condo is located in West Vail, less than two miles from the lifts (a 3 minute trip on the free Vail shuttle), and minutes away from lush hiking trails. The home can easily accommodate groups of 6, featuring a fully stocked wood burning fireplace, cable tv, stocked kitchen, and the Ptarmigan complex (just across the way) offers a swimming pool with chaise loungers and a year round hot tub.
The home can easily accommodate groups of 6, and offers amenities including; in-home laundry, a gas grill, a wood-burning fire place, a fully-equipped kitchen, comfortable furnishings, a television with a DVD player, a deck overlooking the creek, and free wireless internet access. Bedding includes a king, two queens, two sets of bunk beds, and a bunk room with a queen bed. One of the bunk beds has a third level as showed in the pictures, and may be used at the guests own risk.
There is an intermittent creak related to the boiler heating system that is noticeable on colder nights as the boiler is working harder. (It was just replaced in October 2018, but the creak may disrupt sensitive sleepers.)
