Short Term Rental turnovers

JOB TITLE:
STR Staff

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Performs cleaning of short-term rentals, property inspection checklists, and light basic maintenance.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ability to clean diligently
  • Ability to use a checklist
  • Ability to be detail-oriented
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently
  • Maintaining a safe, clean work environment.
  • Maintaining and handling all tools, equipment and assets safely and responsibly.
  • Compliant with all safety requirements.
  • Complete work tasks assigned.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS and AVAILABILITY:

  • General Cleaning Experience
  • General level of mechanical device knowledge to include basic cleaning equipment operation.
  • Ability to interact with others on site and company representatives.
  • Valid Driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record is a plus

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to perform the physical effort represented by frequent handling of objects (approx. 20 – 30 lbs) with a full range of motion and no accommodations.
