I help homeowners and investors bring their remodeling visions to life. In my spare time, I enjoy traveling to see new places.

Joel Simmons

Project Manager

I oversee several types of construction projects and handle training. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my wife and family.

Whitney Lake

Project Coordinator

I am a project coordinator and am in charge of maintenance for rental properties. I handle various aspects of construction including the job prep, equipment and materials transportation, and shower installations. In my spare time, I enjoy relaxing on the beach, hanging out with my niece, and spending time with family.

Construction Services

I handle various tasks at Academy including plumbing, flooring, carpentry and landscaping. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my son, bike riding and fishing.

I have been involved in bathroom remodeling and tile work for over two decades. It brings me great satisfaction to know that we deliver such high-quality services to customers. In my spare time, I enjoy chilling out or going to the beach.

Van Anthony

Carpenter

I have been a carpenter for over 25 years, building houses from the ground up, and have handled almost every type of residential construction project you can come in contact with. I mentor, train, and manage staff who are on a journey to increase their construction skills. In the small amount of spare time I have, I enjoy hanging with family and refereeing Lacrosse.

Jonathan Dodson

Construction Worker

I handle various construction tasks at Academy including demo, vinyl plank flooring, door and window trim, drywall and painting, tile and fencing. When I am not working I enjoy spending time with family and my dog.

Todd Spear

Business Development / Project Management

I engage in business development and project management. I work with other business professionals and develop referral sources in addition to managing certain construction projects. In my spare time, I enjoy hanging out on Pensacola Beach, and an occasional night out O’Riley’s Irish Pub.
